ขั้นตอนการสมัครและการคัดเลือก (Application and Selection Process)

  1. อายุ15 ปี 6 เดือน และไมเ่กิน 18 ปี ณ ปีที่เดินทาง
  2. เตรียมตัวด้านภาษา ทักษะการใช้ชีวิตต่างแดน และการแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรม มีโอกาสเข้าค่าย RYLA ที่จัดโดยโรตารีภาค3350
  3. หาสโมสรโรตารีอุปภัมภ์ในภูมิลำเนา
  4. เตรียมจัดหาครอบครัวอุปถัมภ์ให้แก่นักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนจากต่างชาติได้อย่างน้อย 3 ครอบครัว
  5. กรอกใบสมัครพร้อมเอกสารประกอบ และชำระเงินค่าสมัคร
  6. สอบข้อเขียน
  7. ประกาศผลสอบข้อเขียน
  8. สอบสัมภาษณ์จากคณะกรรมการ
  9. ประกาศรายชื่อผู้ที่ผ่านการคัดเลือก ตามกฏเกณฑ์ที่คณะกรรมการประกาศ
  10. เข้ารับการอบรมในการดูแลนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนจากต่างประเทศ
  11. เข้ารับการอบรมการส่งเยาวชนแลกเปลี่ยนไปต่างประเทศ
  12. เข้ารับการอบรมการพูดในที่สาธารณะชนภาษาอังกฤษ
  13. ชำระเงินค่าเข้าร่วมโครงการ
  1. Must be between 15 years and 6 months and 18 years of age in the year of travel.
  2. Prepare language skills, life skills abroad, and cultural exchange knowledge. Opportunity to attend the RYLA camp organized by Rotary District 3350.
  3. Find a sponsoring Rotary club in your local area.
  4. Arrange at least 3 host families for inbound exchange students from abroad.
  5. Complete the application form with supporting documents and pay the application fee.
  6. Take the written examination.
  7. Announcement of the written exam results.
  8. Interview with the selection committee.
  9. Announcement of the selected candidates according to the committee’s criteria.
  10. Attend training on caring for inbound exchange students.
  11. Attend training on sending youth exchange students abroad.
  12. Attend training on public speaking in English.
  13. Pay the program participation fee.
